Four steps, and you can stop at any of them
Buying a puppy online asks you to trust a stranger with a lot of money and a living animal. We have built the process so that you are never asked to take a leap. At each stage you get something concrete before you are asked for anything.
1. Find your match
Browse by breed, size and temperament. Every listing shows the puppy’s date of birth, sex, colour, the breeder program they came from and what is included in the price. If something is not listed, ask and we will find out.
2. Talk to a person
Call or message us and you will reach a named member of our team, not a queue. We will answer questions about the breed, the breeder and the puppy in front of you. If you want to see the puppy live, we will arrange a video call with the breeder before you commit to anything.
3. Reserve securely
When you are ready, you reserve through our encrypted checkout. Before you pay you will receive the written health guarantee, the deposit and refund terms, and a delivery plan with dates. We do not accept payment by gift card, cryptocurrency or cash transfer app, and we will never ask you to.
4. Puppy comes home
Your puppy is examined by a licensed vet before travel and you receive the records. Then you either collect in person near the breeder, or we arrange tracked transport to your door. You will know who is driving and when they will arrive.
After they arrive
The first fortnight is the hardest part and the part most sellers go quiet for. Call us about feeding, crate training, toilet training, the first vet visit or anything that worries you. There is no time limit on this.
What it costs
The listing price covers the puppy, the pre-travel veterinary examination, age-appropriate vaccinations, worming and your documentation pack. Delivery is quoted separately and shown before you pay. [[CONFIRM: deposit amount, balance timing, and the refund window]]
