Getting your puppy home safely
Travel is the part of this process with the most risk to the animal, so it is the part we are most specific about.
Collect from the breeder
The option we recommend where distance allows. You see where your puppy was raised, meet the breeder, and there is no transport stress at all.
Ground transport
Climate-controlled vehicles with licensed handlers. Puppies travel in secured crates with regular breaks for water and exercise. You get the driver’s details and updates along the route.
Flight companion
For longer distances, a trained companion travels with your puppy in the cabin and hands them to you at your nearest airport. Puppies are not sent as cargo.
Before travel
Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian and cleared as fit to travel. You receive those records before departure, not on arrival.
